To the booking

Yes, the minimum stay varies depending on the location and season.

If the apartment you are looking for is not displayed, it may be that the travel duration you entered is not sufficient for the preferred period. Please enter a longer travel period or change the period and restart the search.

In the booking mask, select your desired travel duration, the number of persons and the desired equipment features. All available apartments that meet your criteria are then displayed. If no apartment is displayed, you can also send a booking inquiry to office@inncomer.at to receive a non-binding offer.

You will find this information in the booking process in the detailed view of the apartments.

You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail and SMS with your reservation number and access to your digital guest folder approx. 5 minutes after your booking.

The equipment

Enter your desired travel period and the desired number of people in the booking mask. You will then be shown all available apartments incl. their equipment features.

Yes, all apartments are equipped with a high chair and a travel crib. and the corresponding linen. We provide this free of charge for our little travel guests.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen incl. Oven, dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. There is also enough cutlery, crockery, pans and pots and pans to cook for the family to your heart’s content if required.

Depending on the location, there are children’s playgrounds, entertainment rooms and recreation areas for young and old. Information can be found in the location overview.

Depending on the location, there are private ski and bike depots associated with the apartments. These are equipped with ski boot dryers, ski and snowboard holders and have a socket for charging e-bikes. You can find more information on this in the location overview.

You can simply enter the desired equipment feature in the search filter on the booking screen. All available apartments that meet the criteria will then be displayed.

Depending on the location, free parking spaces are already included on site, or paid parking garages are within walking distance. You can find more information on this in the location overview.

Payment

Payments are possible with Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards. If you cannot find a suitable payment method, you can contact office@inncomer.at.

Yes, the total price for the overnight stay is paid at the time of booking.

The price includes all costs for accommodation, cleaning, laundry, VAT, the starter kit and local taxes. There are therefore no further costs or fees.

The local tax amounts to:

  • 2,00 € per person and night in Innsbruck
  • 3,50 € per person and night in the Wildschönau

Children under the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax

7 days before arrival you will receive an SMS with access to the digital guest folder. Follow the steps and enter all fellow travelers. You can then pay the local tax directly, if not already paid at the time of booking.

To the journey

You will receive a text message with a link to the self-check-in process at 15:00 on the day of your arrival. You can then use your smartphone to check in, complete the guest registration for you and your fellow travelers and pay the local tax. You will then find all the keys to your apartment and the common areas (e.g. garage, cellar compartment, lobby) digitally in your personal guest folder. With a swipe on your smartphone, you can then conveniently open all doors contactlessly. Please note that you need an active Internet connection for this. You are also welcome to use our free WLAN on site.

We recommend that you also create a key card at our self-check-in terminal in the lobby.

To be able to share the digital key with your fellow travelers, simply forward the SMS you received at 15:00 on the day of your arrival to the desired persons. This also gives these people access to the digital guest folder and all keys.

It is important that all previous steps are completed. Please check whether you have completed your data and whether the guest registration to the tourism association has been completed. The keys are only activated from 15:00 after the first two steps. You will receive an SMS as confirmation.

From 15:00, you can check in easily at any time using your digital guest folder.

At the Wildschönau location until 10:00 a.m.

At the Innsbruck location until 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation and change

Yes, if the apartment is available, you can extend your stay at any time. Please contact office@inncomer.at

If you have booked via a booking portal, we ask you to cancel directly via the respective portal.

If you have booked via our homepage, please contact office@inncomer.at to cancel your booking.

If you have booked via a booking portal, we ask you to observe the cancellation policy of the respective portal.

If you book via our homepage www.inncomer.at you can cancel your trip up to 30 days before arrival and receive a full refund.

Stay

Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask you to keep the night’s rest between 22:00-06:00.

Parties are not permitted.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. We ask you to use the balconies or terraces for this purpose.

We provide this information directly in the digital guest folder for the respective location.

Yes, all apartments are equipped with a fully-fledged kitchen. In your digital guest folder you will find useful information on supermarkets, breakfast cafés, restaurants or bars if you decide to eat out.

Information on emergency contacts, doctors, pharmacists and the operator’s emergency numbers can be found in the digital guest folder or on the room door in the apartment during your stay.

Special requests

Dogs are allowed in selected apartments. To do this, use the dogs allowed option in the search filter on the booking screen.

Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate earlier check-in. We also want to offer you the best vacation experience with a top-prepared apartment and need the time for cleaning and decoration.

Please contact office@inncomer.at directly to arrange a late check-out.

Depending on the location, we offer the option of stowing your luggage on site before check-in. You can find out whether your location has a baggage room in the respective location overview.

Can I also buy investment properties from Inncomer?
